FERNANDO NOLAN

Passion:  Ohana (family)

Fernando returns to our ohana after two and half years at the Senior Sales Manager for Trump International Hotel Las Vegas.  He has also held roles in the Reservation, Revenue Management and Sales Departments at the Kapalua Bay Hotel & Ocean Villas. Fernando enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

MARK YOUNG
Director of Catering & Conference Services
Passion: Snorkeling

Mark’s passion for hospitality  lead him to the Cornell School of Hotel Administration Professional Development Program.  Mark’s diverse background in upscale catering, special events and food and beverage will play a valuable role in our mission to enhance our Meeting Planners and VIP experiences. His most recent roles include Director of Food and Beverage and Catering Sales at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee.  At leisure, he also enjoys snorkeling, reading, and marine aquaria.

BONNIE STOLP
Catering Sales & Wedding Specialist
Passion: Ice Mochas

Bonnie’s Starwood career began in 2004 at the Westin Seattle as their Event Coordinator. She was promoted to the position of Convention Services Manager of the Westin Bellevue two years later. In 2008, Bonnie transferred back to Westin Seattle to as Convention Services Manager. She enjoys sipping on Iced Mochas, participating in charity 5k events and finds personal renewal at a spa.

Passion: Being Happy

Vita began her Starwood career in August 2010 as a Vacation Services Coordinatorfor Starwood Vacation Ownership at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Villas. Her past positions include Banquet Manager at Marriott Bay Point in Destin, Floridaand Catering & Conference Services Manager at the Casino Magic Hotel andCasino in Biloxi , Mississippi. She is excited to share her Island knowledge and is looking forward to help createlasting impressions with our meeting planners and their guests.Vita finds personal renewal by entertaining her friends, playing golf and cooking.

JESSE JASPAL
Catering & Conference Services Sales Manager 

Jesse began his Starwood career in August 2010 as a Vacation Services Coordinator for Starwood Vacation Ownership at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Villas.  He received his Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish at San Diego State University.  Jesse finds personal renewal by watching sports and hiking. He also enjoys traveling and going to the movies.
